Forms are available at designated branches of National Bank of Pakistan (NBP), Askari Bank, United Bank Limited (UBL), and the bank booth at the BSEK office.

Students are advised to collect their original mark sheets promptly, verify all personal and academic details, and immediately report any errors to the board.
