Girls vs Boys: Who Dominated the FBISE 10th Class Result 2026?

The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) 10th Class Result 2026 analysis shows that female students performed better than male candidates in the SSC Part-II examination.

According to the official FBISE result statistics, a total of 141,653 students appeared in the examination, out of which 128,070 candidates successfully passed, achieving an overall pass percentage of 91.33%.

The gender-wise performance comparison revealed that girls maintained a clear lead over boys. Among the appeared female candidates, 64,498 out of 68,586 girls passed, resulting in an impressive 94.04% pass rate.

On the other hand, 63,572 out of 71,640 boys successfully cleared the examination, recording a pass percentage of around 88.74%.

The statistics show that girls achieved a 5.30 percentage point higher success rate compared with boys. Despite having fewer candidates appearing in the examination, female students produced 926 more successful candidates than male students.

Science and Humanities Groups Performance

The performance gap was also visible across different academic groups. In the regular Science group, girls secured a 97.09% pass rate, while boys achieved 94.82%.

The difference became more noticeable in the regular Humanities group, where female students recorded a 95.99% success rate compared with 86.84% for male candidates.

These figures indicate that girls maintained stronger academic performance in both major streams of the FBISE SSC Part-II examination.

Private Candidates Performance Comparison

Female students also remained ahead among private candidates. In the Science category, girls recorded a pass percentage of 63.14%, compared with 57.91% among boys.

Similarly, in the Humanities category, female private candidates achieved a 72.55% pass rate, while male candidates recorded 59.14%.

The official result data highlights that girls outperformed boys in every major category, including regular and private examinations.

The latest FBISE Matric Result 2026 analysis reflects the growing academic progress of female students and their consistent performance in board examinations. Education experts believe that improved learning opportunities, better exam preparation, and increased focus on studies are among the major factors behind the strong results achieved by girls.
